Junior Coaches and Leadership

The CTS Junior Coaches & Leadership Program helps young athletes develop leadership, communication, responsibility, and mentorship skills through hands-on involvement in beginner and community sports programs.

Rather than focusing only on athletic performance, this pathway helps participants grow as leaders both on and off the court.

Junior Coaches assist with:

beginner classes,

youth programs,

community events,

adaptive and inclusive activities,

introductory sports sessions,

and mentorship opportunities for younger participants.
